They were not related to the person in the portrait!

Even more remarkable, these adults did not even know the person who was in the portrait!

Amazingly, two men who have seen the portraits only via the internet have written to me that they were brought to tears. Imagine that!

In addition, many of my clients and their family members (women and men) also break into tears and get ‘choked up’ and ‘speechless’ when they see the portraits I create of their loved ones. That might be expected and understood from close friends and family members. But tears from complete strangers were unexpected. I have never heard of this being caused by any other portraits before. Something special was happening because of these portraits. Remarkably, these were not images of people in famine, conflict, disasters, or war. These were portraits that moved people emotionally.

These portraits can truly have emotional connections with many people across boundaries and cultures and ages.”
