When I write the word "Impressions" I do not mean "critiques" of the photos
or the website.
You do not need to know anything about photography or painting either. I am interested in how people from other
countries (other than the USA) see my work and what they consider "beautiful."
For this project I am looking for how people
are positively affected by my work (paintings or photographs). In particular, I want to know if something strikes you in a positive
way, where do you see beauty.
If you see a photograph that makes you think "beautiful" or some other kind of emotional or sensory
impression, then let me know. If you see something that strikes you in a positive way, let me know. If you see something that makes
you feel good, let me know. Tell me how it make you feel. That is what any artist wants to know. IF you feel nothing at all,
then just visit another thread in the forum and have a nice day.
If the image strikes you in a negative way, tell me that too
if you wish. But my outlook on life is a 'positive' one and I am looking to see how my work strikes a positive note in people around
the world. It is really that simple.
My two websites show many portraits of people as that is my specialty as an art photographer.
I like people of all ages.
You will see people from Asia, Europe, South America, North America, and Africa.
This Project is not a
disguised solicitation for selling anything and it has no ulterior motive.
I don't sell seminars, software, workshops, or lighting
equipment. I don't even sell photographs from my website. I am not trying to build a mailing list or collect emails or private
information. This is not a scam. This is not a poll. So...it is just about sharing good feelings about photographs, art, and
humanity. I like to learn what others "feel" and "see" in my artworks and I like to share that with others too. That is
all. Also, I will not sell, trade, or divulge or release anyone's private information or email address or full name. Honest. :)
I request
that all comments on my work be sent to me via one of two easy ways:
1. Via a post of your Impression in
my thread on FM People Forum.
2. Via a Private Message (PM) via the FM People Forum.
Use this
method if you do not want to reveal your email address to anyone (for privacy reasons).
When you send your comments, please
give me your first name (not a web nickname or pseudoname) and your city and country of your origin. This is important as I need
a real first name and the location information to add the comment to my website. It is easy to understand if you simply visit
my Studio website and you will see other examples.
For example: "Philippe, Warsaw, Poland" is how one visitor gave
his name.
Again, I do not need your address, and I don't even need to know your email address either or phone number either.
All I need is your name, your city and country of origin (where you were born) so people who read your Global Impression will
understand where you are from. That is all I need in addition to your "impressions" or quote.
